We offer delivery services within Mingora and surrounding areas in Swat. Delivery to locations outside of these areas may be available on request but may incur additional shipping charges. Please contact us for more information if you are located outside our standard delivery zone.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days after the order has been confirmed. Delivery times may vary based on the availability of products, the delivery location, and the current demand.
  • Same-Day Delivery: In certain cases, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM. This service is available within Mingora and is subject to product availability.
  • Weekend Deliveries: We do not offer delivery on Sundays or public holidays. However, if you place an order before the weekend, it will be processed and delivered on the next available business day.

If your delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you immediately and provide an updated delivery estimate.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Local Delivery (within Mingora and nearby areas): Delivery charges are typically free for orders over a certain value. For smaller orders, a nominal delivery fee may apply.
  • Remote Areas: For deliveries outside the standard delivery zone, shipping charges may vary based on location. Additional charges will be confirmed at the time of the order.

4. Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via phone or SMS. If your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number (if applicable) so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return or replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.

For customers outside of our standard delivery area or if international shipping is offered, customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or delivery fee and are paid directly to the appropriate authorities upon delivery.
